With this week’s post we start our “guest blogging” season, and we do it with Sandra Katakalea, Sandra is a Senior Professional in Organizational Development, Executive and Team Coach. I met Sandra at a Gallup Certified Coaches meeting at the European and Middle Eastern level. She presented a summary of the book “Rest” and explained how to apply it to real life. I loved it and asked her to adapt her presentation to a post format so that all of you can benefit. I’m sure you will like it … and it will be very useful!
