The most important decision of a company is to choose its leaders successfully. Gallup has proved that 70% of the variation in performance between one team and another is caused by the leader. However, in many cases, Organizations have serious difficulties finding the right leaders, and in most cases they also find difficult to develop their managers into leaders.
In my more than 20 years of professional activity I have studied and researched on leadership. I have discovered there is a genetic component that influences leadership development (not all of us have the same potential to become good leaders). But I have also discovered that leadership can be learned and developed. Furthermore, many of today’s leaders have not been trained in this type of competencies. Most of them lack the experience and knowledge in order to develop good leadership.
Our society, our organizations and companies need better leaders. I love helping companies and professionals improve their leadership.
