I have been fortunate to lead different teams in my professional career, and I have spent over 20 years researching and studying what high performing teams do.

With different tools and strategies:
CliftonStrengths: is an online tool developed by Gallup after decades of scientific research. It rigorously measures the talents of each person. Understanding the strengths of each team member, understanding in which responsibilities they can deliver better performance is essential to achieve a high-performance team
Gallup Q12: To achieve great results at the team level, it is essential that team members have a high level of commitment. For years I have been working with Gallup Q12 tool to easily and precisely measure the level of commitment of the members of the team. The higher the commitment the higher the business outcomes (higher profitability, turnover, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction ...)
I combine my experience and knowledge about team management, with consulting methodologies, group training actions and mentoring sessions for both team leaders and team members
